JP EMS
JP EMS a public company fully owned by the State of Serbia, with its registered seat at Kneza Miloša Street No.11, Belgrade, Republic of Serbia. Its core business is to provide Secure and reliable power transmission; efficient control of the power system interconnected with the power systems of other countries; optimum and sustainable development of the transmission system aimed at satisfying the needs of customers and of the entire society; ensuring the functioning and development of the Serbian electricity market as well as its integration in the regional and European power markets. JP EMS is a modern company that is efficient and responsible Serbian transmission system and market operator performing activities of common interest and improving its business for the purpose of achieving the highest standards with application of principles of sustainable development and high corporate social responsibility.
EPEX SPOT
EPEX SPOT is the exchange for the power spot markets at the heart of Europe. It covers France, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Together, these countries account for more than one third of the European power consumption.
The Paris-based company with a offices in Leipzig, Bern and Vienna has been created in 2008 through the merger of the power spot activities of the energy exchanges Powernext SA in France and EEX AG in Germany. Driving forward the integration of European power markets is the main goal of EPEX SPOT. Our transnational Day-Ahead and Intraday markets are its engine.
EPEX SPOT is 100% owner of APX Group, operator of the spot power markets in the Netherlands, Belgium and in the United Kingdom.
